Hatch Pond

A mature urban coarse fishery situated within the Nuffield Trading Estate. The fishery offers excellent carp fishing.

DIRECTIONS

  • From the Fleetsbridge roundabout take the Waterloo Road exit towards Broadstone.

  • At the major crossroads (traffic lights) turn right into Hatchpond Road.

  • Take the first left into Stinsford Road.

  • Park in Stinsford Road

FISHERY RULES

  • Open all year round.

  • Night fishing available. Members must be in possession of a valid night ticket.

  • No night fishing available for guests.

  • Fishing from designated swims only.

  • Maximum two rods.

  • Absolutely, no parking on the grass

FACILITIES

  • One designated disabled swim. Disabled swim to be vacated on request

HANDY TO KNOW

  • Toilets available at local Lidl, Tesco and Burger King outlets

  • Keep catapult use to a minimum to avoid birds taking your loose feed

  • The tighter to the pads you can get the better!

  • Quite a shallow lake, look for the features.

  • Look out for rare bird species, there are a number on-site...
