On Saturday 19th September, Orchard Lakes will host a dedicated Junior Angling Open Day, delivered by Jurassic Juniors Angling Club under the guidance of qualified, Angling Trust–approved coaches.

If you are not seeing signs of life, consider relocating or at least exploring different lines within your swim. Margins, deeper water, features such as weed beds or overhanging trees can all hold fish at different times of the day.

Despite challenging weather conditions throughout the day, the spirit among participants remained high. Ten anglers took part in the friendly competition, each determined to make the most of the occasion while contributing to the fundraising effort.
