Report to AGM re constitution

The Club’s Committee agreed the recommendations in this report at its meeting on the 8 February 2026 and to forward the matter to the Annual General Meeting [AGM] for decision.

This is the appropriate procedure for alterations to the Constitution. The associated Health and Safety Policy is also a matter of wide importance as it bears on the individual behaviour of every member and is therefore considered appropriate to bring forward to the general membership at the AGM.
